How can I download the demo version of CapMarket Pro?

To download our demo software,you must register with us.Once the registration process is complete,you will receive an confirmation email along with the download link.Follow the steps below to complete the installation process.

1. Click on the download link in the confirmation email
2. Click “CapMarket Pro Version:1.0.0.1
3. Click “Save”
4. Choose Location to save the setup file
5. Click Save
6. Double click the setup file of CapMarkets Pro
7. Click on "Next" button in the "Select Installation Folder" dialog box
8. Click "Next" in the "Confirm Installation" box
9. Click close in the "Installation Complete" box to complete the installation

What is the evaluation period for CapMarket Pro?

The evaluation period is for 15 days.

Do I require a high speed internet connection?

A minimum of 56kbps speed is required. However, we recommend 256kbps ideally.

What do I do if I have a firewall on my PC or network?

When the new program tries to access the Internet on a PC that is installed with firewall, the firewall will ask your permission to allow or deny the access. You will have to allow CapMarkets Pro, by opening the specific ports of your computer or the network, to access the Internet for it to work properly.

If it is a network firewall or a proxy server you have to open the port 8200,8201 in it. If it is a standalone computer using firewall, you should open ports 8001 and 8201,8200 to allow CapMarkets Pro access the Internet. Once the port is opened, it is necessary to restart the CapMarkets Pro application to function correctly.

Do I have to install the Feed Manager separately?

No, you need not as it gets installed automatically along with CapMarkets Pro.

Can I save my password so that I do not have to type it every time I log in?

Yes, you can. There is a ‘Save password’ option on the log in screen, please check that box to save password.

How can I know my connection status?

Whether your connection is established or erroneous will be shown at the foot of the screen on the left side of the screen as ‘Connection established’ or ‘Connection error’ respectively.

What is the Watch list?

Watch list is the window where the market data is displayed. By default the symbols displayed are Bid, Ask, Time, High, Low &Last. You can customize it by clicking on ‘header’ and choosing the data of your choice.

How can I add an item in the watch list?

In order to add an item in the watch list, follow the following steps:

• Right click on the watch list window
• Select 'Add Item' from the pop-up menu, Item Details window opens
• Type the symbol, you want to add, in the text box on top left corner of Item Details
• To search for symbols available in the market, select the category in the drop-down box on top right and type the symbol in the search box. Click search to search for the symbol or press F3. This will display the list of symbols available in the category
• Check the symbols you want to add, and click Add button
• Click the 'Add' button and the selected currencies will be added to the watch list
• Close the Item Details window by clicking the 'Close' button

How many items can I add in the watch list?

In a watch list you can add up to 40 items only, if you try to add more than 40 it will show an error message

Can I change the order of the items listed?

Yes you can. Just drag and drop the items in your desired positions.

I see an option “Save to XL” in the Watch list. How can I import data in the excel sheet?

Click on the button “Save to XL”. Save in at your desired location. Please ensure that the feed manager is open so that the price gets updated on the excel sheet.

What is the function of the detach button in each window?

You can detach a particular window (from all the others) by pressing the detach button at the top right of that specific window. Having done that, you can move the same anywhere on your computer screen. Again, if you press ‘attach’, the window will go back to its original position.

What kind of news do you provide on CapMarket Pro?

CapMarkets Pro provides news ranging from "Top News", “Breaking News”, to Forex, Business, Technology, Science, political, education, Sports, Health and entertainment.

I can see only the news headlines. How can I see the detailed news?

The highlights of the market news will be displayed, to view the in-depth article of particular news, click a news item to view the brief news of selected news item. A double click on the news item will open the detailed news in the browser window.

To close the brief news section click on "Close" at the bottom left of the news window.

How many types of charts are there?

There are two basic types of charts offered by CapMarkets Pro, they are:

How can I open a chart?

There are two ways to open a chart, they are:

Method 1

• Click on the chart button, a blank chart window opens.
• Right click on it, a 'Add Item' menu will be displayed
• Click on it and enter the symbol for which you want to view the chart and click 'Ok'
• The chart for the particular symbol will be opened

Method 2

• Select the symbol in the watch list for which you want to view the chart, right click on it and select 'Add Chart'
• The chart will be opened for the selected item

What does the option ‘interval’ do? What are the different types of time intervals available on chart?

This option is used to view the change in market-value of a symbol in a specified interval. The intervals available in CapMarkets Pro are:

• Tick
• 1 Minute
• 5 Minute
• 10 Minute
• 30 Minute
• Hourly
• Daily
• weekly

What are the different types of technical studies available?

CapMarkets Pro provides different market studies to analyze the market. The available studies are: Bollinger Bands, Envelope Bands, Linear Regression, Momentum, Moving Average, Moving Average Exponential, Weighted Moving Average, RSI, Directional Movement, Avg Directional Movement, MACD, ROC, Williams and Williams 96 %R.

What is the function of the browser?

The browser is used to surf the Internet simultaneously while viewing the market movements. The browser screen can be opened along with the watch list and chart screens without any interruptions with one other.

What are the versions of CapMarkets Pro available?

CapMarkets Pro is available in three different versions like Standard, Standard Plus and Professional. CapMarkets Pro Professional has more added features than CapMarket Pro Standard. However, there is hardly any difference between Standard and Standard Plus except that there is a single Watch list having upto 40 items in Standard and Standard Plus has 4 Watch lists with upto 30 items in each.
